- We offer free shipping all over India. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by us. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.
- We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us by e-mailing us at contact@tarasa.shop within 10 days from the date of delivery, and attaching proof of defect in the product, in the form of a photo, while the product is still in its packaging. Once a replacement is confirmed by us we endeavour to make the exchange within 14 days.
- No return requests will be accepted on items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
Wash Care
Hand Wash or Gentle Machine Wash in Cold Water: For best results, hand wash your linen pants in cold water. If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.

Line Dry: After washing, reshape the pants while damp and hang them to dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight, as this can cause fading. Linen dries quickly, so there’s no need for a dryer.
Do Not Tumble Dry: To maintain the longevity of the fabric, avoid tumble drying, as it can break down linen fibers and cause unnecessary shrinkage.
