At TARASA, we offer free shipping all over India. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by us. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeur events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.

Wrong/ Missing items OR Defected product

  • In case the order you received meets the following criteria:
  • One or two products missing from what was ordered
  • Entire order is wrong
  • Some products in the order are correct but some are wrong
  • Manufacturing defect 
  • Damage due to transportation

Please do the following:

  • Share the unboxing pictures/video via email to info@tarasa.yoga within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Ensure the order number written on the top of the box is visible.
  • We will respond and resolve the issue for you.


Order Cancellations

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order.

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@tarasa.yoga

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 5- 7 business days after the cancellation request.

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been dispatched from our end, our delivery partner may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to origin) initiated”, we will initiate partial refund within 5 to 7 business days, and an additional  10% deduction will be charged as transaction fee.


Order Not Received

There may be such instances where the 'Order Delivered' notification is sent to you before you ever received the package. In such case, just keep an eye out for the next 5 days or so, and let us know if it still doesn’t arrive, we can assist you further by e-mail.
