- We offer free shipping all over India. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by us. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.
- We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us by e-mailing us at contact@tarasa.shop within 10 days from the date of delivery, and attaching proof of defect in the product, in the form of a photo, while the product is still in its packaging. Once a replacement is confirmed by us we endeavour to make the exchange within 14 days.
- No return requests will be accepted on items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
Care
- Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in the opposite direction may damage mat surface.
- Wipe the top of the mat with a cloth after use. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soapy water. The mat is not machine washable.
- To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice.
